What We Produce

Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC)

Highly electrically conductive, densified carbon with ~99.5% fixed carbon — the backbone of aluminum smelting worldwide.

Product & Process

Calcination transforms raw petroleum coke by raising material temperatures in our rotary kiln to 1,200–1,300°C. Material passes through demoisturization, devolatalization, and densification zones.

Advanced gas-cleaning and bag house systems control exhaust emissions to strict environmental standards. PCIC uses statistical process control to calcine to each customer's exact specifications.
