Petroleum Coke Industries Company (PCIC) is one of the largest single Kiln Coke Calciner in world with capacity to produce 350, 000 MT of Calcined Petroleum Coke. PCIC is located in Kuwait, which is one of the fast growing country in middle-east. The plant is constructed inside the Shuaiba port in the total area of 263,000 m2 to facilitate the logistical advantage and for export purpose.

The company has a long term contract with Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC) for assured raw material to the plant for procuring about 475,000 to 485,000 MT of Green Petroleum Coke annually to produce 350, 000 MT of Calcined Petroleum Coke.

PCIC is formed from an alliance that is connected to the Kuwaiti economy, International economy, and the Petroleum Coke Market & Industry. This alliance is vital to ensure success in the investment and contribute in strengthening the Kuwaiti economy and expanding the industrial base of Kuwait. The plant is under the process of obtaining certification of ISO-9001: 2008, ISO- 14001:2004 & OSHAS-18001:2004 by United Register Company, UK.

PCIC is now firmly established as a leading Middle East Petcoke Calciner. The company is global supplier of calcined coke to the aluminum industry and exported to Dubai, Oman, Norway & Indonesia in the first year of operation.

PCIC Quality Control & Laboratory, offers the full spectrum of coke analyses and technical support to customers of its carbon products. In addition to producing calcined coke, PCIC also produces steam from waste heat from the calcining process.
